On Tuesday, April 26, 2011, the APSEA Foundation held its 12th anniversary scholarship banquet. The successful event was held at the Rice Bowl Restaurant in Sacramento. This venue is a great opportunity to recognize the young scholarship recipients and their families and to acknowledge and thank our many corporate sponsors, individual and organization sponsors, state departments, and community supporters. APSEA members also have an opportunity to network with one another as well as recruit new members who are interested in joining this long-standing organization.
